As our Brand Media Director, you'll join a talented and collaborative team dedicated to crafting innovative and impactful media strategies for our clients. Our department thrives on creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for delivering meaningful results. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams, media professionals, and third-party publishers, building relationships and driving campaigns that make a difference.

In your role, you'll guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and development while ensuring we continue to exceed client expectations. Your leadership and strategic vision will play a key role in helping brands connect with their audiences and drive lasting results.

• The Brand Media Lead manages the strategy and execution of display media ad campaigns, including the day-to-day optimization of ads.
• Strategically lead the execution of cross-channel media campaigns, ensuring top performance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee media operations, including partner management, optimization, and in-depth performance analysis across Publisher Partnerships, Display, Video/CTV, Audio, and more.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with media partners to drive impactful campaigns and innovative solutions.
• Identify and negotiate with key publishers to effectively reach target audiences, leveraging your expertise to maximize value.
• Deliver regular updates and actionable insights to clients, showcasing campaign results and offering recommendations for improvement.
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their growth and development within the field.
• Collaborate on high-impact, cross-agency projects that push the boundaries of innovation and deliver measurable client success.
• The primary focus of this role is the Brand Media channel. However, responsibilities may extend across other media channels as needed to support broader business priorities.
• Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making in their role

• 10+ years in digital media strategy, campaign management, media partnerships, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced expertise in Account Planning and Brand Media, empowering you to lead strategic and impactful campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Content Creation, supporting effective media operations and delivering compelling storytelling in partnership with media publishers.
• Ability to work on a cross-functional team to ensure cohesive, 360-degree media strategies.
• A strong command of Marketing Metrics, Planning & Analysis, and Market Research & Consumer Behavior to drive data-informed strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and improve performance.
• Advanced skills in relationship building, and fostering trusted partnerships with media platforms and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and success.
