Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (1099 Independent Contractor) Location: Orlando, FL - (In-Person - Patient Homes) About the Opportunity At Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care, we recognize the importance of culturally responsive care and clear communication. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual CNA or HHA (Spanish/English) to provide one-on-one in-home support to patients and families in the Orlando, FL area. This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who are confident working independently, value professionalism, and take pride in delivering compassionate care while communicating effectively with Spanish-speaking patients. Who This Role Is Best For This role is well-suited for caregivers who:

How You Will HelpAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and maintain a clean home environment Monitor skin integrity, take vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care coordinators in both languages RequirementsExperience: A minimum of two (2) years of paid home-health experience is required Certification: Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish Compliance: CPR certification and Level 2 background screening Reliability: Valid driver's license preferred; ability to commute within assigned areas Classification: Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor What Sets Us ApartRespect for your time, language skills, and professional experience Clear communication and consistent expectations Thoughtfully matched patient assignments A supportive agency culture built on trust and accountability
