The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program supports end-to-end access management for all employees, contractors and the systems and applications to which access is granted. This position resides within the Security organization supporting the deployment, engineering and ongoing maintenance of the tools and the systems they utilize to keep the IAM program moving forward. This will be management role reporting directly to the IAM Director. Activities within this role include:
Manage the installation, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of IAM services. Support IAM Architecture with implementation of IAM program/projects. Heavy focus on integrations for the IAM stack. Oversee documentation, including IAM runbooks, playbooks, and procedural documents to support the program. Interface with Application, IT, Infrastructure and Support teams for application integration and runtime issues to the IAM platform. Delegate IAM tasks and support to support tiers as appropriate. Manage automation of identity life cycle and access certifications. Manage production change management per The Company policies. Manage on-call rotation for the team.
The ideal candidate will have a background with engineering, support and administration of the technologies listed below as well as someone who is driven and can work under pressure to support quick turnarounds on deliverables. The candidate must be able to lead projects to support the governance, administration, and execution of IAM program initiatives. Excellent communication and general soft skills are required to work across multiple teams and domains, as well as reporting to senior management and executive staff. Skills/Qualifications
10+ years' experience supporting mission critical systems within an IT / Security Engineering or Operations environment. 5+ years' experience working with IAM tools in a regulated environment. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration or similar IGA solutions. Experience with PingFederate administration or similar SSO solutions. Strong understanding of authentication and authorization methods and controls. Strong understanding of privileged access management. Expertise with MFA authentication mechanisms (e.g., RSA, PingID) ITIL familiarity or certification highly desired Other IAM related or Security certifications (such as CISSP) a plus Banking or other regulated business experience a plus IT Security or IT Operations experience within a Financial Services industry highly preferred
