Execute key sales demand forecast processes within recurring Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) across all products Own and maintain Sales Demand data, ensuring accuracy and integrity prior to stakeholder presentation Develop and deliver reports (dashboards) including sales performance, market trends, competitor analysis, operational efficiency, and KPI dashboards Analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL and Excel to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and translate findings into visualizations, dashboards, and reports for executives and other leadership Present findings using modern tools to support business decision-making Track and monitor goals and performance metrics on an ongoing basis Design and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility on key KPI's and strategic objectives Evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and provide data-driven recommendations Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion ratios, and backlog trends Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness Map current ("As-Is") workflows to identify bottlenecks and design improved ("To-Be") processes that optimize operations Support cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to keep all parties aligned throughout the project lifecycle, from solution development through implementation Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams, using artifacts such as user stories, use cases, and wireframes Assist in the rollout of new systems and process changes, including coordinating and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet documented business needs Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within CRM, ERP, and other business systems Support data integrity initiatives and develop processes to improve data quality Enter and manage data within systems as required Support system enhancements, integrations, or reporting improvements as needed Assist Finance in developing tools for gross margin, profitability, and financial analysis Support training initiatives related to systems, tools, and processes Assist with reporting and general administrative support Provide backup support to other teams as needed Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Excel AI features) to support data analysis, reporting, and documentation Leverage AI to assist in identifying trends, summarizing data, and improving efficiency in routine tasks Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy Maintain data privacy and confidentiality when using AI tools Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies relevant to business analysis Use AI tools to assist in drafting reports, documentation, and business insights
Education And/Or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Finance, or a related field 24 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or a related field preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA are a plus
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or business systems Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Databox, or Tableau preferred Basic understanding of SQL or data querying is preferred along with API integrations Familiarity with general project management and delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus
