- Jaarrekeningen en afgeronde projecten bespreken, samen met de klant en je partner of leidinggevende.
- Coachen van junior collega’s, zodat ze het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen.

Vereisten:Jij bent degene die we zoeken, wanneer je:
- (bijna) de opleiding tot registeraccount hebt afgerond;
- minstens negen jaar relevante werkervaring hebt opgedaan, het liefst bij een mkb-kantoor;
- analytisch en communicatief sterk bent;
- energie krijgt van leidinggeven en het werken in een team;
- de verantwoordelijkheid kan en wil nemen voor het hele assurance-traject;
- ervaring hebt met het coachen van junior collega’s.
