Job Type Full-time Description Makovicka Physical Therapy is the largest locally owned and operated physical therapy organization in Nebraska with multiple outpatient clinics that serve the Omaha and Lincoln area. The Makovicka Physical Therapy leadership strives to provide an atmosphere where we can focus on outstanding service through employee engagement and organizational growth, and to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all we come in contact with. Position: Makovicka Physical Therapy is seeking energetic, growth-oriented physical therapist assistants for our outpatient clinics. As a physical therapist assistant you will work in a friendly and engaging environment to help you provide the highest quality of care to our patients. You will be responsible for assisting physical therapists to provide patient-centered outpatient treatment through all phases of a patient's physical therapy. You will work with a dynamic, team oriented staff that provides outstanding care through comprehensive and customized therapy. We are looking for applicants who are:
Energized by working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic Dedicated and passionate about patients of all ages Detailed oriented Strong problem solvers Committed to working with a team Experienced with electronic health records or have a willingness to learn Strong at multi-tasking and strive to complete required paper work and progress notes accurately and efficiently Can work in a team and take direction well

Requirements Qualifications: Certification or eligible for certification to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the Nebraska State Department of Health and Human Services; graduate from an accredited physical therapist assistant educational program; basic life support certification. Display proficiency in the use of standard physical therapy modalities and treatment procedures.
