We've been in business for over 20 years and have a tight-knit team that works collaboratively on website and marketing projects for clients in all industries, from startups and small businesses to large, corporate, and civic organizations. *Overall Objective:* In this position, you would lead the web project team through assessment, creative and technical design, development, testing, production, and launch. The position requires a highly organized mind and the ability to communicate well. Managing people and processes is as important as having a good grasp of design/development.
You would be responsible for...
* Managing new client website projects from concept to completion through our web design and development process
* Conducting or participating in client kickoff meetings with clients and our design team
* Gathering assets from clients and creating a plan to guide the project
* Communicating clearly with team members and clients to set and manage expectations
* Training clients on how to use their website within the WordPress CMS
* Tracking the progress of multiple projects to make sure they are on time and within budget
* Keeping the project team informed of project changes that impact operation and direction
* Performing at a high level and working autonomously in a collaborative environment
* Managing your own time and the time of others in the project team
* Providing excellent customer service and upholding our values as a representative of Integritive
* Communicating difficult/sensitive information tactfully
*Required Skills:*
* Must possess strong computer skills
* Must be able to manage and meet deadlines
* Must effectively track project budgets and manage project scope
* Must be able to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully to our clients
* Must be a good listener that can ask questions and seek help when needed
* Must be able to respond to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance
*Job requirements:*
* Experience working with clients in a project management or consulting role (minimum of 1 year).
* Experience with website or technical project management (minimum of 1 year).
* Knowledge of the capabilities of modern web technologies, awareness of the web design and development process, and website best practices.
* Excellent critical thinking, writing, and verbal skills.
* Experience with project management and time tracking software (Redmine, Trello, Asana, etc.)
* Experience with file management systems such as Google Drive and Dropbox.
*Preferred Experience (not required):*
* Experience using WordPress themes
* Working knowledge of HTML / CSS / and responsive design
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
* PMP license or certification
* Digital Marketing & SEO experience
* Copywriting experience
