Join Colonial Chevrolet of Acton as a Sales Team Member, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving vehicle sales. Located in Acton Ma, this position offers a competitive salary and bonus range of $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, paid weekly, with opportunities for growth and development within a trusted automotive company.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert guidance on available models and financing options.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Colonial Chevrolet product lineup and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Competitive weekly pay structure with potential to earn between $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually.
