Become the go‑to product expert! Build a deep understanding of our client’s wearable and mixed‑reality products—including accessories—and confidently articulate their features, benefits, and real-world impact to every customer. Deliver unforgettable demos. Create immersive, hands-on experiences that showcase how mixed reality and wearable technology can transform the way customers play, learn, work, and interact with the world around them. Support seamless purchases. Guide customers through transactions using our client's Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure a smooth, efficient buying experience. Drive results. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. When targets fall short, partner with the Retail Manager to build action plans that get results. Keep the experience running smoothly. Execute daily operational tasks—including opening and closing procedures—and ensure all interactive displays are functioning, clean, and engaging for customers. Bring positive team energy. Arrive on time with a proactive, can-do attitude, ready to support team goals, collaborate, and contribute to a high-performance environment. Be adaptable. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experience. 
Experience and Education:High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of customer-facing experience in retailFamiliar with AR/VR technologySkills and Attributes:Extremely strong interpersonal communication - written, verbal, and on cameraMust be results and detail-orientedPossess a passion for technology and innovationAbility to ask effective questions and be an active listenerHigh level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learnAble to work well in a team environmentMust have reliable transportation to get to and from work on timeFlexible availability including weekends and holidaysPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
