Requirements:
- 1+ years of PTA experience
- LTC or Rehab Experience
- Active PTA license
- New Grads considered with Level II experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide rehabilitative and skilled treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive devices.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary in coordination with the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Document all required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records per policy.
- Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
Compliance / Notes:
- Adherence to APTA and State Required practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics.
- Active State Licensure required at time of submission.
