This role is responsible for accelerating growth, adoption, and execution quality of the Advanced Staining portfolio across all European indirect markets & CIS countries. The position works closely with Regional Sales Managers and distributor partners to translate strategy into field execution, support complex commercial initiatives, and drive capability building within partner organizations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive execution of the Advanced Staining strategy across indirect markets in close alignment with Regional Sales Managers and regional priorities. Act as a commercial enabler and sparring partner to distributors, supporting prioritization, opportunity development, and execution of strategic deals and projects. Lead and support strategic initiatives in selected markets, including portfolio conversions, reagent agreements, reference site development, and complex customer engagements. Strengthen distributor commercial capabilities, go-to-market execution, funnel quality, and forecast accuracy for Advanced Staining. Support budgeting, multi-year planning, and act as the interface between indirect markets, SU NEE, and BU by providing structured market and competitive feedback. The essential requirements of the job include: University degree within Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology or other relevant field Deep, applied expertise in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with hands-on experience of antibodies, protocols, workflows, troubleshooting, and quality considerations in pathology or advanced research settings Strong practical experience in Advanced Staining techniques and a solid understanding of histopathology workflows, with the ability to engage credibly with pathologists and laboratory professionals Clear commercial awareness and acumen, with the ability and willingness to translate technical expertise into customer value (experience in pricing, margins, forecasting, or tenders is a strong advantage but not a strict requirement) Ability to influence and drive execution in a matrix organization without direct authority, working effectively across functions and countries Travel, & physical / environmental requirements Willingness and ability to travel extensively across European & CIS indirect markets, including overnight travel (approximately 50-60%) Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role Valid work permit It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Supporting strategic commercial or portfolio projects across multiple countries or regions Working closely with commercial leadership in distributor- or partner-led environments Exposure to change management, sales enablement, or capability building initiatives within indirect markets To be successful in this role, we believe you bring strong technical and scientific credibility in Immunohistochemistry and Advanced Staining as your foundation, combined with a clear commercial mindset. You are able, or motivated, to translate your technical expertise into commercial impact and customer value. You are comfortable engaging in deep scientific discussions with customers, while developing your ability to support commercial execution, positioning, and decision-making. You are structured, self-driven, and able to prioritize in a complex international environment. You enjoy influencing without authority, working through partners, and turning strategy into tangible field execution. Above all, you bring curiosity, learning agility, and a genuine drive to support customers and partners with meaningful technical and commercial solutions.
