Assist customers, create consistent quality food, drink and bakery items.Train, coach, and develop employees and team leadersDelegate tasks to team and provide follow-upHold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as neededEnsure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate serviceEnsure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are metEnsure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followedEnsure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
Qualifications
Two years restaurant experience with at least one year Management experience, preferably at a non corporate restaurant. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workersPossess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and cultureAbility to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurantStrong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organizeMust be able to stand for 5 hoursMust be able to lift 40lbs
