Faire vivre une expérience unique à notre clientèle de part un environnement riche en activités et une formation opérationnelle d’exception à nos étudiants.
LES TÂCHES PRINCIPALES
La gestion opérationnelle de sa partie : Entremétier, Saucier ou Garde-manger pour le restaurant et les banquets
Polyvalence et connaissance des différents postes
Gestion des commandes liées au poste
Respect des normes HACCP
Travail en collaboration avec la brigade
Accompagnement d’étudiants sur la méthodologie au travail de cuisine
VOUS ÊTES LA BONNE PERSONNE SI
Possession d’un CFC de cuisinier ou formation jugée équivalente
Homme ou femme de terrain avec une très bonne expérience, maturité, esprit pédagogue
Organisé, capable de s’adapter à une cuisine soignée sur assiette de restaurant et plus productive de banquets
Souple et ouvert d’esprit, capable de travailler dans des brigades très fluctuantes tant en quantité qu’en qualité et de cultures très différentes (de 25 nationalités différentes)
Bonnes connaissances de l’anglais souhaitées
Comportement irréprochable, respectueux et intègre (travail avec des jeunes étudiant(es))
