12 Month fixed term contract
Location – Ipswich – 3 days per week in office

About the role:You’ll be a support to our service teams by clearing worklists & ensuring our customers’ accounts are accurate, you’ll have the opportunity to work with other service teams, so you’ll build fantastic relationships and feel a real sense of achievement from your work.

Who we’re looking for:You don’t need to have worked in customer services before (but great if you have) – what’s more important to us is that you’ve got a natural desire to give create a great experience for people. You’ll want to make a difference, you’ll want to resolve issues, and you’ll want to exceed expectation.

It’s likely you’ll enjoy taking ownership of things – you love getting the job done! You’re proactive, organised, and adaptable – a self starter and a great team player.

And it goes without saying you’ll be a strong communicator and relationship builder.
