Our memory care community is looking for a Part-time NOC caregiver to join the team from 10pm-6am.

About the Role (Brief): As a Caregiver at Ashley Manor, you'll be the friendly, compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose, connection, and growth in a supportive, small-home environment. What You'll Do:
Assist with personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting Serve meals and help with feeding as needed Support residents' medication routines and monitor their well-being Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care Requirements (Must-Haves):
Age 18+(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check Certified in First Aid, CPR Able to lift ~35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement High school diploma or equivalent Preferred (Nice-To-Have):
CNA certification or cooking experience for groups Certified in Medication Assistance Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience Passion for enriching the lives of older adults What We Value in You:
