Position Overview
At Anytime AI, we are building the Premier AI Legal Assistant for Plaintiff Lawyers, leveraging the most cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. We empower attorneys by automating essential workflows in personal injury cases, facilitating legal research, auto-drafting legal memos, and analyzing legal documents and medical records to expedite fact-finding. Our secure solution can responsibly help lawyers reduce up to 90% of manual efforts, enabling them to better serve their clients and positively impacting the lives of millions.
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting and refining sophisticated Machine Learning algorithms that drive our legal tech solutions. This role requires robust expertise in machine learning R&D, particularly involving NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Large Language Models, to improve information extraction, information retrieval and search, document analysis and summarization, and generation.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI algorithms to boost the functionality and efficacy of our legal AI applications. Work closely with product teams to integrate AI technologies into solutions centered around user needs. Enhance and streamline machine learning pipelines for superior performance and scalability. Conduct thorough testing and validation to maintain the accuracy and reliability of algorithms. Requirements
M.S. or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning R&D. Proficiency in Machine Learning and NLP techniques and tools. Demonstrated experience in developing real-world AI solutions or contributing to open-source applications using NLP. Strong software development capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at identifying and addressing bottlenecks for optimal performance under varying loads. Preferred Skills Extensive experience in building and managing production-level machine learning systems. Expertise in prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technologies. Experience in developing search and retrieval algorithms. Experience in training Large Language Models. Web development experience or willingness to acquire the necessary skills to contribute to our web-based product offerings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams and translating legal workflows described by these teams into technical solutions.
