Fitness Club Ambassador
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are required. Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different. A perfect applicant will be available for flexible hours, be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand! To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club. A good candidate will enjoy working in a health club environment, be sales driven, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others. Some evenings and weekends are required. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Becoming the greatest ambassador & promoter of Anytime Fitness; our brand, our clubs, our services Greeting, welcoming and encouraging all members Answering phones in a courteous, helpful and professional manner Making phone calls to prospects and members about memberships, billing, promotions, etc. Setting up and selling new memberships Promote and selling personal training Conducting guest tours Assisting with club's daily maintenance & cleaning tasks Keeping the gym spotless and organized Participate in marketing events Any and all customer service Benefits include: Hourly base plus commission/incentives Flexible schedule Free gym membership Ongoing training and coaching Development opportunities Qualifications: Desired candidates will have some experience in the fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting. A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work evenings and weekends. Previous gym experience preferred, but not required. Covid-19 vaccinated preferred.
