Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Armed Driver Rover in Wesley Chapel, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol professional at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post calls for a dependable, agile individual who works with integrity and teamwork while supporting a caring, innovative approach to daily operations.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
DayTimeMon07:00 PM - 05:00 AMTue07:00 PM - 05:00 AMWed07:00 PM - 05:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or local public services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance concerns that could affect daily property operations.
- Support incident reporting, field communications, and follow-up tasks related to property rules, tenant concerns, and/or after-hours activity while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an armed guard card/license.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
