In de rol van HR Administrator ben jij de spil van de HR-administratie en zorg je dat alles soepel verloopt. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar jij structuur brengt en overzicht houdt. De HR officer is verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en operationele HR-ondersteuning op alle gebieden van de employee life cycle. Je zal een toevoeging zijn van een al hele fijne team!
Functieomschrijving:
Dit ga jij doen als HR AdministratorAls HR Administrator zorg je dat alle HR-processen administratief en operationeel goed verlopen. Dit doe je door:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en beheert de HR-mailbox;
- Je verwerkt ziek- en betermeldingen en ondersteunt bij verzuimtrajecten;
- Je regelt in- en uitdiensttreding en stelt contracten en addenda op;
- Je beheert personeelsdossiers en houdt systemen up-to-date;
- Je verzamelt en controleert payrollmutaties en ondersteunt bij rapportages.
Functievereisten:
Als HR Administrator neem je het volgende mee
- Minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau;
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen HR administratie;
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels;
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office en HR-systemen;
- Rijbewijs B en bereid om op locatie te werken.
