Votre Mission
Vous êtes responsable de la préparation, de la réalisation et de la communication des résultats des audits dans tous les domaines de la banque, contribuant ainsi directement au renforcement de notre gouvernance.
Vous identifiez, évaluez et analysez les risques opérationnels, réglementaires et stratégiques, et assurez la transparence pour la direction.
Vous examinez et optimisez le système de contrôle interne ainsi que les processus bancaires internes, apportant ainsi une contribution mesurable au développement de l'organisation.
Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'organe de révision externe et l'audit du groupe, et coordonnez les activités d'audit de manière efficace et orientée vers les solutions.
Vous participez activement au développement de la méthodologie et des processus de l'audit interne, par exemple par le recours à l'analyse de données, à l'automatisation des processus ou à de nouvelles approches d'audit.
Votre Profil
Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelor (HES ou université) en sciences économiques et avez suivi une formation complémentaire pertinente (par exemple, CIA ou expert-comptable). Vous justifiez de plusieurs années d’expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou en audit interne/externe et disposez d’une solide compréhension des processus bancaires internes, du système de contrôle interne et de la gestion des risques. Idéalement, vous avez de l'expérience dans le domaine de l'analyse de données. Vous vous distinguez par vos capacités d'analyse, votre communication précise et vos excellentes compétences relationnelles. Vous travaillez de manière autonome et structurée, tout en collaborant avec différents acteurs. Vous êtes de langue maternelle allemande et disposez d'une très bonne maîtrise du français.
