The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development, particularly within the technology sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, manage client relationships, and develop innovative sales strategies to enhance our market presence. Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Oversee account management processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships. Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. Provide training and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Proven experience in Hotel outside sales, account management, or business development within the technology industry.
