Job Summary and Responsibilities Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our growing practice in Lake Jackson, TX. This opportunity is an excellent fit for both early-career physicians and experienced clinicians seeking a rewarding opportunity. We are looking for a physician who values autonomy, innovation, and the ability to make a meaningful, lasting impact on a close-knit community. This physician will join our well-established Urology service line and practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings. We are seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and the broader community. Position Highlights:
State of the art office with in-suite cystoscopy and in-office urodynamics
In-hospital cystoscopy suite and dedicated staff
Access to interventional radiology onsite
Manageable 1:4 call at two hospitals
In-house referral system and large primary care referral base
Epic EMR

Job Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active and unrestricted TX license and DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
