About the Company

Our client is an energy company. They are looking for a Manager Finance who will be responsible for overseeing month-end and quarterly reporting processes, preparing consolidated financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The role includes implementing internal controls, developing accounting policies and procedures, managing general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries, and supporting compliance with financial reporting standards. Additionally, the Manager of Finance conducts financial analysis, prepares reports and presentations for leadership, and provides strategic insights to support business decision-making and overall financial performance.

Salary Range?

$135,000 - $145,000/year

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  
• licensure and certification requirements;
  
• office location and other geographic considerations;
  
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
