Als specialist engineer networking bij Proximus NXT Nederland in Utrecht zorg jij ervoor dat bedrijfsnetwerken soepel draaien. Je lost problemen op, adviseert klanten en optimaliseert systemen. Een uitdagende rol waarin je direct impact maakt!
Jouw rol als specialist engineer networkingAls specialist engineer networking ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het afhandelen van incidenten, changes en serviceverzoeken voor LAN-, WLAN- en WAN-technologieën
- Het beheren van klantnetwerken als technisch aanspreekpunt
- Het adviseren over verbeteringen en uitvoeren van optimalisaties
- Samenwerken met projectengineers en service delivery managers
- Het oplossen van complexe problemen, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband
Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie breng je het volgende mee:
- Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding met hbo werk- en denkniveau
- 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Basiskennis van firewalls, Linux en tools zoals Cisco DNA Center, ISE, Catalyst-platformen en Infoblox DDI
- Praktische ervaring met IP-routing en switching
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP certificering of bereidheid om CCNP te behalen
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel intern als naar klanten
- Pro-activiteit en flexibiliteit
