Electronic Security Sales Representative
to join their team. As an Electronic Security Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales department supporting the growth of the Indianapolis/Central Indiana market. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, disciplined follow-up, and industry experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

Lafayette, Indiana
Pay Range: $40,000 - $55,000 Direct Hire (Competitive base salary + commission, company car, benefits, and growth potential) Compensation: • 15% of net profit on sold projects • Average deal size: $5K-$12K
What's the Job?
Develop new business opportunities within the Indianapolis/Central Indiana region. Conduct site visits and customer consultations to assess security needs. Prepare detailed proposals and present tailored security solutions to clients. Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Grow recurring monitoring and service opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. What's Needed?
2-3 years of industry experience in electronic security, fire alarm, access control, or related commercial services. Ability to require minimal training beyond internal systems onboarding. Strong relationship-building skills and disciplined follow-up approach. Experience working with commercial customers, contractors, facility/property managers, or homeowners. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey solutions to clients. What's in it for me?
