Il s’agit d’un rôle à fort impact pour un.e conteur.se créatif.ve bilingue (français/anglais) et un.e penseur.se stratégique qui s’épanouit à l’intersection du contenu, de la technologie et de la réputation d’entreprise. Vous dirigerez le développement et l’exécution de contenus et de campagnes numériques engageants sur les médias sociaux, les sites web publics et notre intranet corporatif (The Core ), contribuant à renforcer notre marque, mobiliser les employés et amplifier les priorités clés de l’entreprise.
Plus spécifiquement, vous aurez à :
Diriger la stratégie numérique et les canaux
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de communications numériques intégrée alignée sur les priorités de l’entreprise
- Superviser les médias sociaux, les sites web publics et l’intranet afin d’assurer la cohérence, la qualité et l’impact
Créer du contenu percutant
- Gérer la production de contenu de bout en bout : génération d’idées, rédaction, tournage, montage et publication
- Produire du contenu de haute qualité (vidéo, photographie, graphisme et formats interactifs)
Gérer la présence sur les médias sociaux
- Diriger la planification du contenu, la publication et la gestion de communauté sur diverses plateformes (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube et canaux émergents)
- Gérer les campagnes payantes, le suivi de performance et la veille des médias sociaux
Gérer l’expérience web et intranet
- Gérer le contenu du site web, la structure, le SEO, l’accessibilité et l’optimisation continue
- Diriger la stratégie éditoriale de The Core (intranet) pour stimuler l’engagement des employés et le partage des connaissances
Collaborer à l’échelle du Canada
- Collaborer avec les équipes locales, gestionnaires et autres parties prenantes internes pour harmoniser les messages et amplifier le contenu local
- Fournir des orientations, outils et formations pour assurer une narration cohérente et efficace
Optimiser la performance et innover
- Définir des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et suivre les résultats sur les différents canaux, en fournissant des analyses exploitables
- Tester de nouveaux formats, outils et technologies pour améliorer l’engagement et la portée
Gouvernance et soutien
- Établir des normes éditoriales, la voix de marque et la gouvernance du contenu
- Offrir un soutien en communications numériques lors de situations sensibles ou de crise
- Assurer la conformité aux normes corporatives, juridiques et de protection des données
Ce que vous apportez
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en communications numériques, marketing de contenu ou production multimédia
- Solides compétences en production vidéo avec un portfolio démontrant votre capacité de narration sur divers formats
- Expérience en gestion d’agences ou en direction de projets interfonctionnels
- Maîtrise d’outils créatifs (ex. : Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro ou équivalent)
- Expérience avec des plateformes CMS (ex. : WordPress, Sitecore, SharePoint) et connaissances de base en HTML/CSS
- Bonne connaissance des outils de médias sociaux (ex. : LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Sprout, Brandwatch)
- Esprit analytique avec expérience d’outils comme Google Analytics ou Adobe Analytics
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction, révision et communication en anglais et en français (obligatoires pour collaborer efficacement avec divers intervenants)

About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Affairs Canada, Glencore is looking for a Digital Communications Lead to shape and elevate our digital presence across the country.
This is a high-impact role for a bilingual (English/French) creative storyteller and strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of content, technology and corporate reputation. You’ll lead the development and execution of engaging digital content and campaigns across social media, public websites, and our corporate intranet (The Core ), helping to strengthen our brand, connect with employees and amplify key business priorities.
What You’ll Do
Lead Digital Strategy & Channels
- Develop and execute an integrated digital communications strategy aligned with corporate priorities
- Oversee social media, public websites and intranet channels to ensure consistency, quality and impact
Create Compelling Content
- Own end-to-end content production: concepting, scripting, filming, editing and publishing
- Produce high-quality video, photography, graphics and interactive content across formats
Manage Social Media Presence
- Lead content planning, publishing and community management across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube and emerging channels)
- Manage paid campaigns, performance tracking and social listening
Own Website & Intranet Experience
- Manage website content, structure, SEO, accessibility and continuous optimization
- Lead The Core (intranet) editorial strategy to drive employee engagement and knowledge sharing
Collaborate Across Canada
- Partner with asset-based digital channels and managers and other internal stakeholders to align messaging and amplify local content
- Provide guidance, tools and training to ensure strong, consistent storytelling
Drive Performance & Innovation
- Define KPIs and track performance across channels, delivering actionable insights
- Pilot new formats, tools and technologies to enhance engagement and reach
Governance & Support
- Establish editorial standards, brand voice and content governance
- Provide digital communications support during issues or crisis situations
- Ensure compliance with corporate, legal and data privacy standards
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital communications, content marketing or multimedia production
- Strong video production skills with a portfolio showcasing storytelling across formats
- Experience managing agencies or leading cross-functional projects
- Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro or equivalent)
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, SharePoint) and basic HTML/CSS
- Strong knowledge of social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Sprout, Brandwatch)
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills in both English and French are required to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
