As a skilled performance marketing analyst, Hey Digital is perfect for you if: You're looking for a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from €1,000-€1,500 per month. You value learning and growth. You love collaborating with a remote team of marketers, digital designers, account managers, and operations specialists. You have what it takes to work with top-tier clients in the B2B SaaS industry. You are available to work either US or EU timezones. Requirements
Has experience managing campaigns across both paid search and paid social at a variety of budget levels and has a deep love for marketing. Experience within the SaaS or B2B tech verticals and an understanding of how marketing works in these industries. Has the ability to come up with creative and data-driven ideas to help our clients grow. Previously worked within an agency or a multi-product business for at least 1 year. Nice-to-haves
Further education in business, marketing, or related fields. Proficiency with ClickUp and Slack. Ability to work during US business hours. Responsibilities
Create and launch new campaigns for Hey Digital’s clients across a variety of digital advertising platforms. Review the performance of campaigns, check and fix tracking across multiple channels and optimize frequently. Seek ways to improve account performance and efficiency. Work on weekly performance updates for the accounts you’re responsible for supporting. Share new ideas and experiments that you think will help drive better results for our clients. Communicate clearly with our design team, providing monthly performance updates required for advertising creatives and/or landing pages. Create real-time Google Looker Studio dashboards for new clients. Support in the preparation of monthly and mid-monthly reporting for each of the clients that you manage along with media plans with clear targets if the client isn’t able to give clear targets. Support Performance Marketing Strategists performing audits and strategies for our existing, potential, and new clients including competitor research, keyword research, existing account audits, tracking check-ups, etc. Prepare for and attend bi-weekly calls with Performance Marketing Strategists discussing recent client updates, strategy, and focus areas.
