Ben jij technisch breed inzetbaar, help je graag klanten verder en wil jij tot wel €5.000,- bruto per maand verdienen? Als Technical Aftersales Engineer werk je in een klein team en ondersteun je klanten en collega’s wereldwijd. Je bouwt kennis op van producten zoals besturingen en transmissies en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische vragen.
Wat ga je doen?
In deze functie houd je je bezig met het oplossen van storingen en het ondersteunen van technische processen. Dit ga je doen:
- Storingen analyseren en oplossen
- Installaties, inbedrijfstellingen en revisies begeleiden
- Technische ondersteuning bieden via telefoon, e-mail en ticketsystemen
- Onderzoeken opstarten en opvolgen om producten en processen te verbeteren
- Je werkt deels op locatie (ongeveer 30%) en deels op kantoor (ongeveer 70%).
Wat heb je nodig voor deze functie?
Je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en service belangrijk zijn. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:
- Een mbo 4 diploma in werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke technische service- of supportfunctie
- Je beheerst de Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Kennis van tandwieloverbrengingen, koppelingen, hydrauliek, elektronica en/of systemen is een plus
- Je bent bereid om nationaal en internationaal te reizen (ongeveer 30%)
