Le titulaire de ce poste pilote l’élaboration et la validation d’un plan de demande consolidé et fiable pour l’ensemble des Business Units en environnements MTO, ATO et MTS, tout en assurant la continuité des activités de planification en tant que back-up du Master Planner.

Vos responsabilités
Demand planning
- Collecte, revue et compilation des besoins exhaustifs (ventes, programmes, R&D, engineering)
- Propose des outils de surveillance des marchés, développe des modèles de prévisions.
- Compréhension des impacts des variations de besoins sur la supply.
Data Analyst
- Maintien les données, organise les bases de données nécessaires à son activité.
- Participation aux processus budgétaires (élaboration et revues du budget annuel, projection pluriannuelle).
- Reportings périodiques, rolling forecast.
Amélioration continue
- Propose des actions d’amélioration en vue de l’atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise
- A terme, met en place et pilote un process S&OP
Votre profil
Analytique, structuré et orienté process
Sens des priorités
Capacité à synthétiser et présenter des scenarii
À l’aise avec les outils informatiques (ERP, Excel avancé, PowerBI, IA). Connaissance SAP, un plus.
Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et sens de la communication
Ecoute et assertivité
Master Ecole de commerce ou Ingénieur
Certification APICS un plus
Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans un environnement logistique ou industriel.
Gestion d’un processus S&OP un plus
