Wat ga je doen als ervaren director audit bij aaff?Als director audit bij aaff ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van wettelijke controles van middelgrote en grote ondernemingen. Je zult de helft van de jaarrekeningen zelf aftekenen, terwijl je voor de andere helft de rol van Audit Manager vervult. Je bouwt en onderhoudt daarnaast relaties met klanten, ziet toe op diverse controleteams en draagt bij aan de groei van onze controlepraktijk.
Tegelijkertijd blijf je up-to-date via kennisgroepen en bijeenkomsten afgestemd op jouw specialisme en ervaringsniveau, zodat je blijft groeien in je vak. De sfeer is open, informeel en betrokken. Bij aaff bouwen we samen aan een betekenisvolle toekomst en duurzame relaties. Of je nu werkt met grote familiebedrijven of gevestigde ondernemingen, bij aaff krijg je meer dan een baan: je bouwt mee als co-eigenaar.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:Jij hebt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de wettelijke controles van middelgrote en grote ondernemingen en bent de inhoudelijke spil voor jouw klantenportefeuille.
Als leidinggevende van een team getalenteerde professionals inspireer je jouw collega’s en werk je samen aan complexe en uitdagende auditopdrachten.
Je speelt een actieve rol in het verder laten groeien van onze Auditpraktijk.
Samen met collega-specialisten zorg je voor goed onderbouwd en klantgericht advies.
Salaris : marktconform.
Keuzevrijheid in verlof: jij bepaalt hoeveel vrije dagen je opneemt, tot 38 per jaar. Kies uit regulier verlof, het aaff-budget of extra dagen via je salaris. Wat je van het aaff-budget niet gebruikt, keren we uit.
Thuiswerkbudget van € 550 : om je werkplek thuis prettig en ergonomisch in te richten.
Vergoeding voor thuiswerken : € 2,40 per thuiswerkdag + € 40 netto internetvergoeding per maand.
Duurzaam onderweg: 0,30 per auto-km voor woon-werkritten, € 0,40 (€ 0,23 netto) per fiets-/wandelkilometer. Daarbovenop een volledige OV-vergoeding of – bij meer dan 7.500 zakelijke km/jaar – een elektrische leaseauto of mobiliteitsbudget. Bij elektrisch rijden ontvang je € 0,40 per kilometer.
Ruimte voor groei, verdieping en verbreding : ontwikkel je verder via de aaff academie of externe opleidingen, gewoon onder werktijd.
Jaarlijks € 200 vitaliteitsbudget : voor jouw mentale en fysieke gezondheid en altijd toegang tot ons online platform OpenUp.
Flexibel verlof sparen : voor een sabbatical, langere reis of tijd voor jezelf.
Feestdagen omruilen : kies twee dagen die passen bij jouw religie of cultuur.
Laptop en telefoon : alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed te doen.
