You are a Litigation Paralegal holding a CEGEP diploma in paralegal studies or equivalent with 1-3 years experience. You are talented in providing outstanding service and continue to challenge yourself. You work collaboratively with key personnel to complete all legal services and administrative work.
About the position:
You'll be involved in preparing documents and legal procedures, as well as administrative tasks related to case management and invoicing.
About your qualifications:
You demonstrate rigor and autonomy and are committed to reviewing your copies and ensuring excellent rendering.
You have the ability to manage several files at the same time, and to adapt your work to the priorities that arise each day.
You have excellent command of written and spoken French and a good command of written English.

Vous êtes une parajuriste en litige titulaire d’un diplôme en Technique juridique, ayant 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine. Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement de travail dynamique, stimulant, en évolution rapide et aimez relever des défis.

Vous verrez à la préparation des documents et procédure légale de même qu'aux tâches administratives relatives à la gestion des dossiers et leur facturation.

Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d'autonomie et avez le souci de revoir vos copies et d'assurer l'excellence du rendu.
Vous avez la capacité de gérer plusieurs dossiers de front et de moduler votre travail en fonction des priorités qui se présentent au fil des jours.
Vous avez une excellente maitrise écrite et orale du français et une bonne maitrise de la langue anglaise écrite.
