About the Role Maintain and support servers, workstations, storage devices, and applications such as CAVOK, Clear-Com, Minotaur, VMWare, ChatSurfer, and more. Troubleshoot application performance issues and manage end-user devices, servers, and databases. Work with cutting-edge technology, including Microsoft and RHEL servers, VMware, SIPRNet, and other classified networks. Solve connectivity and outage issues under time constraints while installing and configuring new capabilities to operational environments.
