The Role: Technical Graphic Designer
As a Technical Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in our production process, preparing accurate and optimized files for printing, cutting, and assembling our signage products. Your technical expertise and efficiency will ensure a smooth production workflow, working closely with our project management and production teams.
High Level Details:
- Full-time, permanent position (40 hrs/week), on-site.
- Monday to Friday schedule, with Friday afternoons off.
- Highly competitive salary, based on experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Use software like CorelDraw and Illustrator to create detailed plans and sketches.
- Ensure all drawings meet graphic and technical standards and align with initial specifications.
- Produce accurate scale models and drawings based on reference documents.
- Prepare all pre-production elements for machines and printers.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary data and define project elements.
- Work closely with technical and production teams to meet all requirements.
- Organize and verify all documentation and participate in design team meetings.
- Oversee production to ensure timely project delivery to clients.

- Diploma in technical drawing or technical graphic design.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role focused on technical drawing production or creation (experience in the signage industry is a plus).
- Proficiency in Illustrator and/or CorelDraw.
- Ability to read architectural and building plans with technical creativity.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Able to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and English (written).
