We're seeking a driven Outbound Sales Representative to fuel our expansion by targeting new business in construction, property management, retail, and manufacturing sectors. If you're a self-starter with a track record of closing deals and building lasting partnerships, this role offers uncapped earning potential and the chance to grow with an innovative team. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and execute outbound strategies, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Pitch customized waste and recycling services, highlighting efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, pipelines, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with account management and operations teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and client satisfaction.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven outbound sales experience, preferably in industrial or B2B environments.
- Strong network or contacts in target industries (construction, property management, retail, manufacturing).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejections and high-pressure scenarios.
- Willingness to embrace 24/7 availability for department ownership and emergency support.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in waste, recycling, or logistics industries.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and lead generation software.
- Background in tech-forward sales, such as 3PL or freight brokerage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $40,000 - $55,000, based on experience.
- Uncapped commissions plus profit sharing and new logo bonuses.
- Top performers can earn several hundred thousand annually through growth opportunities.
