Als Teamleider Crossdock ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een vlekkeloze en efficiënte goederenstroom. Met een doeltreffende taakverdeling zorg je ervoor dat vrachtwagens tijdig worden geladen en gelost. Je bepaalt de personeelsbehoefte, stelt planningen op en houdt nauwlettend toezicht op de dagelijkse operatie. Knelpunten signaleer je snel, waarna je direct schakelt om verstoringen op te lossen.
Daarnaast ben je continu bezig met het optimaliseren van processen en het bewaken van de productiviteit. Je analyseert werkwijzen, doet verbetervoorstellen en zorgt dat de uitvoering soepel en volgens planning verloopt.
In deze dynamische omgeving stuur je een team aan van ongeveer 35 crossdockmedewerkers en 4 voormannen. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt, geeft heldere instructies, verdeelt werkzaamheden en voert grondige controles uit.
Wat wij zoeken- Ervaring in logistieke omgeving van minstens 2 jaar.
- Ervaring op heftruck, bij voorkeur certificaat
- Mbo werk- en denkniveau en goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
- Aansturen medewerkers en coördineren dagelijkse werkzaamheden
- Knelpunten signaleren en oplossen
- Zorgdragen voor tijdig laden en lossen van vrachtwagens
Communicatie staat centraal in jouw rol als spil van het crossdock. In deze dynamische omgeving stuur je een team aan van ongeveer 35 crossdockmedewerkers en 4 voormannen. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt, geeft heldere instructies, verdeelt werkzaamheden en voert grondige controles uit.
