Overview:
AudacySaint Louisisseeking an experienced, competitive,growth mindset sales leader to manage in a collaborative sales environment alongside our management team. This position will work closely with our radio brands, require creative thought and strategy in developing marketing solutions for our clients and sellable programs utilizing ourhighly-coveted play-by-play assets, including theSt Louis Cardinals. We need a "make it happen" sales leader with deep expertise across broadcast, sponsorship sales, onsite, experiential, digital, and podcasting platforms.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Exceed
organizational sales revenue goals utilizing assetsthatincludeSt Louis Cardinals, Digital, KMOX and additional radio stationsacross AudacySt Louis.
Lead and Inspire
a sales team
Build Lasting Relationships:
Provide ongoing consultation to sold clients, ensuring their campaigns are performing exceptionally and their businesses are booming.
Develop and conduct
on going training on the sales process and products.
Understand
market competition andtrends
Drive Growth:
Execute a powerful business plan and sales strategy, ensuring the attainment of ambitious revenue goals. Your success is our success!
Qualifications
More About You:
Required & Preferred:
A minimum of4+ years of digital, media and/orsports sales management experience is required.
Must possess a strong background in strategic account management and a proven ability to generate concept-driven business not reliant on ratings or efficiencies.
Requires the ability to drive to develop local, regional, and national business as a self-starter andcollaborative
A BS/BA Degree is preferred.
