As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for initiating outbound contact with prospective customers, setting qualified appointments, and contributing directly to dealership revenue growth. This role requires a strong work ethic, resilience, and a commitment to measurable performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Execute high-volume outbound call campaigns Engage prospects professionally and confidently Overcome objections and build customer rapport Set and confirm qualified appointments Accurately track daily activity and performance metrics Collaborate with team members to exceed targets Performance Environment
