● Competitive Pay: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus, hourly pay range $26.15 - $29.68 plus overtime pay after 40 hours weekly.
● Performance Incentives: Annual bonuses up to $3,000 for safety and clean roadside inspections.
● Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule with 10–12 hour shifts; home daily.

What You'll Do
● Operate flatbed trailers to transport roofing materials like shingles and rolled roofing.
● Secure and tarp loads for residential and commercial deliveries.
● Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain clean equipment.
● Maintain professional communication with customers and your team.
Requirements
● Valid CDL A.
● 1 year of Class A commercial truck and tractor-trailer driving experience.
● Flatbed or other labor-intensive work experience is highly preferred.
● A TWIC card is recommended.
