Nous recrutons actuellement pour notre client, La Gîtée , une maison d’aide et d’hébergement pour femmes et enfants victimes de violence conjugale. Dans un contexte de développement et de consolidation organisationnelle, l’organisme souhaite s’adjoindre une direction générale capable d’assurer un leadership mobilisateur et une gestion rigoureuse.
Votre rôle
Relevant du conseil d’administration, la personne titulaire du poste assure la direction générale de l’organisation. Elle veille à la saine gestion des activités, à l’alignement des actions avec la mission et les valeurs, ainsi qu’au développement et au rayonnement de l’organisme.
Elle agit également à titre de représentante auprès des partenaires communautaires, institutionnels et gouvernementaux.
Vos principales responsabilités
Leadership et gestion des équipes
- Encadrer, soutenir et mobiliser l’équipe de travail
- Favoriser un climat de travail sain et collaboratif
- Assurer une gestion cohérente des ressources humaines
Gouvernance et développement
- Assurer le suivi des orientations du conseil d’administration
- Préparer et participer aux rencontres du CA
- Planifier et mettre en œuvre les priorités organisationnelles
- Veiller au respect de la mission, de la vision et des valeurs
Représentation et partenariats
- Représenter l’organisme auprès des partenaires et des instances
- Maintenir et développer des relations de collaboration
- Participer aux activités de concertation du milieu
Gestion administrative et financière
- Assurer une gestion rigoureuse des ressources financières, humaines et matérielles
- Veiller à la reddition de comptes et au respect des ententes de financement
- Superviser les opérations et les pratiques de gestion
Profil recherché
Formation et expérience
- Diplôme universitaire en gestion, en sciences humaines ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience pertinente en gestion d’équipe et en administration
- Expérience dans le milieu communautaire ou un secteur connexe (atout)
- Expérience en représentation ou en concertation
Compétences
- Leadership mobilisateur

- Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et de communication
- Rigueur administrative

- Enjeux sociaux, notamment en violence conjugale

- Salaire annuel entre 80K$ et 100K$, selon votre expérience
