Strategisches Key Account Management

Projektsteuerung
- Begleitung des gesamten Prozesses von der Idee über die Konzeptphase bis zur Angebots- und Umsetzungsphase
- Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher und technischer Machbarkeit
- Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller, technisch geprägter Kundenprojekte
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlich-technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Business Development, Key Account Management oder technisch getriebenen Vertrieb
- Sehr hohes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise im Umfeld digitaler und vernetzter Produkte
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen und im Projektgeschäft
- Erfahrung mit digitalen Geschäftsmodellen (insbesondere SaaS) sowie Verständnis von Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, insbesondere zur Bewertung von Kundenprozessen und Investitionsentscheidungen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln

- Verhandlungsstärke und sicheres Auftreten auf Top-Management-Ebene
- Fähigkeit, Workshops zu moderieren und Kunden durch strukturierte Prozesse zu führen
