Financial Business Partner
Das kannst du bei uns bewegen.
- Du erstellst und aktualisierst, zusammen mit den operativen Verantwortlichen, die Prognosen der Projekte und das Budget der zugeteilten Abteilungen
- Du arbeitest als Sparringspartner eng mit den Projektleitern der Region zusammen
- Du stellst die Monatsabschlüsse der Abteilungen sicher inkl. Analysen und Aktionspläne
- Du hilfst mit «Bestehendes» zu hinterfragen und zu optimieren (finanziellen Abläufe, Prozesse etc.)
- Du erstellst ad-hoc Analysen/ Reports für die operative oder finanzielle Führung
- Du bringst dich in Entwicklungs- und Organisationsprojekten mit ein
Das macht dich aus.
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, von Vorteil in der Baubranche
- Du hast eine Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Controlling mit Erfahrung und Interesse an technischen Gewerken
- Hohes Interesse und Verständnis am Projektgeschäft / Projektcontrolling
- Kommunikative, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Consultingfähigkeiten und einer Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du hast eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du beherrschst die Programme von MS-Office insbesondere Excel, SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus für das Projekttool SAP Fiori / GUI
