Technicien de production
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un technicien de production. Corflex est une entreprise spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication et la distribution de produits architecturaux offrant des possibilités infinies en gestion de l’espace, en confort et en performance acoustique. Corflex offre des solutions sur mesure afin de combler les besoins très spécifiques des clients en plus de développer des solutions innovantes pour l’avenir.
Votre rôle : A quoi vous attendre?
Le poste est à temps plein (40 heures par semaine), du lundi au vendredi, avec des horaires flexibles et un salaire compétitif basé sur l'expérience. Nous offrons également un programme d'avantages sociaux compétitif, (prime payé à 60 % par l'employeur) et une contribution de l'employeur au régime de retraite.
Sous la supervision du superviseur de production, le titulaire du poste a la responsabilité de matérialiser et fabriquer les cloisons mobiles vendues par Corflex. En utilisant les méthodes nécessaires et en suivant les indications sur les bons de travail, le titulaire doit faire l’assemblage final des panneaux.
LES PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :
· À partir de dessins, de plans techniques ou de feuilles de mise en production, déterminer les matériaux requis, planifier la séquence des tâches qui devront être exécutées pour couper le métal de la façon la plus efficace possible.
· Tracer des points de référence et des motifs sur des pièces de métal (seuil), selon les devis descriptifs.
· Installer, lever et déplacer les matériaux dans les entrepôts au besoin.
· Assembler et ajuster des sections métalliques et des plaques pour constituer des unités ou des sous-unités complètes à l'aide de soudure par points, de boulons, de rivets ou autres méthodes.
· Joindre des montants métalliques pour former un cadre en utilisant la quincaillerie nécessaire et en utilisant des perceuses et visseuses sans fil.
· Insérer des feuilles de gypse ou de particule dans le cadre.
· Ajouter tous les éléments de finition du panneau.
· Fixer tous les éléments acoustiques sur le panneau.
· Faire la vérification visuelle finale sur le produit fini.
· Emballer le panneau en vue de son expédition.

o Expérience de 2 ans dans l’assemblage de cloisons mobiles un atout
o Nous offrons un salaire à partir de 26,25$/hre.
