Fachliche Führung des Empfang Teams vor Ort
Ferienvertretung des Empfangs
Bürobetrieb & Logistik: Sicherstellen des täglichen Betriebs, Verwaltung von Material und Inventar, Unterstützung bei Umzügen und Raumänderungen
Event-Setups: Planung und Überwachung von Auf- und Abbau für interne Veranstaltungen inkl. Raum- und Technikvorbereitung
Vendor Management: Koordination von Reinigungs-, Sicherheits-, HLKS- und Cateringpartnern sowie Qualitäts- und SLA-Kontrolle
Technischer Support: Organisation präventiver und korrektiver Wartung (HLKSE)
Health & Safety: Durchführung von Sicherheitschecks, Brandschutzkontrollen und Überwachung von Zutrittssystemen
Administrative Aufgaben: Rechnungsverarbeitung, Budgettracking, Dokumentation und Reporting
Interner Helpdesk: Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende bei Arbeitsplatz- und Technikthemen
Notfallmanagement: Unterstützung bei Evakuierungen und gebäudebezogenen Zwischenfällen
Unterstützung bei Projekten wie Flächenplanung, Umbauten und Optimierungen.
Erstellung monatlicher Berichte zu Wartung, Betrieb und Dienstleistern.
Pflege von Wartungs- und Inspektionsplänen.
Vertretung des FM Managers bei Abwesenheit.
