At Women's Healthcare Associates (WHA), our patients are our people. Our teams include OB/GYN physicians, certified nurse-midwives, nurse practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, urogynecologists and strong operational support-so you can focus on what matters most: clinical excellence.

We're hiring a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join our Oregon City office-a team known for surgical strength, collaborative culture, and a shared commitment to meaningful, accessible care.

Clinically, Oregon City offers something distinctive. Our hospital, Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, is investing in the da Vinci V-the newest robotic platform-so we can continue expanding minimally invasive options and meeting patients with more care choices close to home.

• A collaborative model where midwives manage most low- and moderate-risk OB care-allowing physicians to grow surgical skill while maintaining full-scope practice

• The only group providing gynecologic surgery at our community hospital

• A patient population that is socioeconomically diverse and often medically complex-rural patients, incarcerated individuals, and home birth transfers-where your work has real impact

Your Practice Environment

Balanced call structure. Our CNM partners help create a call model that allows physician time for GYN and surgical growth while preserving meaningful OB experience.

Surgery-forward growth. With strong gynecology volume and MIS-focused partners, you'll build surgical confidence early. Dedicated surgical block time and OR mentorship mean you won't just assist-you'll operate and grow.

Robotic expansion. Our upcoming da Vinci V platform supports continued growth in minimally invasive GYN surgery.

Leadership that listens. Oregon City physicians play an active role in shaping organizational decisions-from advanced surgical technology to in-office nitrous-supported procedures and hysteroscopy. Your voice here matters.

What You Bring to the Table

• MD or DO from an accredited program

• Completion of ACGME OB/GYN residency (or expected prior to start)

• Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN

• Eligibility for Oregon licensure

• DEA and hospital privileging eligibility

• Malpractice insurability
