In deze rol werk je dicht op de financiële administratie en de data die daaruit voortkomt. Je zorgt dat het klopt, dat het inzicht geeft en dat collega’s kunnen vertrouwen op de cijfers die jij oplevert.
Wat je gaat doen:Je pakt verantwoordelijkheid in je werk en groeit stap voor stap naar een rol waarin je uiteindelijk zelfstandig (delen van) de financiële portefeuille beheert. In de praktijk betekent dit:
- Je bent betrokken bij de maandafsluiting en zorgt dat cijfers tijdig en correct worden verwerkt.
- Je ondersteunt bij belastingaangiftes en voert controles uit om te checken of alles klopt. Afwijkingen zoek je uit en los je op.
- Je werkt mee aan forecasts en analyses, helpt bij het verzamelen en structureren van data en maakt inzichtelijk waar bijsturing nodig is.
- Je schakelt regelmatig met collega’s uit verschillende teams en denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer of overzichtelijker ingericht kunnen worden.
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring binnen finance of financiële administratie.
- Je bent data gedreven en hebt ervaring met data-analyse of AI-tooling.
- Je kunt helder communiceren met collega’s buiten finance.
- Salaris: Een aantrekkelijk startsalaris tussen €3.000 en €4.000, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
- Mobiliteit: De keuze tussen onbeperkt (privé) met het ov reizen of een leaseauto met brandstofpas.
- Vrije tijd: 26 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 40 uur).
- Voorzieningen: Een Macbook en iPhone.
