Requirements: REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous sales and/or customer service experience is a plus * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing * Have quality customer service skills * Possess strong communication skills * Must have a clean & valid driver's license * Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment. * Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record that is acceptable to our policies. * Maintaining professional appearance. * Exceptional communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide exceptional service throughout the customer's experience. * Communicate effectively both in-person, over the phone and via email to discover the customer's needs. * Serve as an advocate for Pack Auto Group by sharing what makes us the smart choice. * Facilitating steps of the sales process, such as interviews, vehicle selection, test drives and financing. * Seek out opportunities to follow-up with customers. * Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating teamwork. * Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
