Tu coordonneras les activités de l’équipe et développeras les projets actuels et futurs en infrastructures et en efficacité énergétique en offrant des services adaptés aux besoins des Premières Nations.
Tu auras à superviser une équipe multidisciplinaire composée de itinérant.e.s en entretien des bâtiments, de conseiller.ère en infrastructures et logements et de chargé.e.s de projet en efficacité énergétique. Ton équipe et toi mènerez des projets qui portent notamment sur la mécanique du bâtiment, le logement, les infrastructures communautaires et l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments.
Tes principales responsabilitésCoordination
- Assurer la livraison et la qualité des projets, livrables et résultats attendus par les membres de ton équipe dans le cadre de leurs mandats respectifs
- Consulter les membres de ton équipe afin de connaitre l’avancement des travaux, et assurer la livraison des projets ciblés à l’intérieur des délais prévus selon les priorités
- Coordonner certaines activités relatives au processus de soumission de projet ainsi que la reddition de compte sous ta responsabilité
- Préparer et présenter à la direction les plans d’action (incluant stratégies, budgets s’il a lieu, échéanciers, etc.) pour ton secteur d’activités
- Gérer de façon efficiente les ressources financières et les budgets de ton équipe
- Assurer, en étroite collaboration avec le chargé de projet, une veille informationnelle des sujets abordés
- Veiller au respect des ententes, normes et façons de faire internes
- Assumer, selon la charge de travail du secteur d’activités et la nature des mandats, un ratio adéquat entre la réalisation de projets en particulier et la charge de coordination
Gestion des ressources humaines
- Planifier, déléguer et coordonner le travail à accomplir parmi les membres de ton équipe
- Participer au processus de recrutement
- Effectuer l'évaluation et veiller à la formation et au perfectionnement des membres de ton équipe
- 5 années d’expérience pertinente en gestion de projet et en gestion d’équipe
- Expériences ou connaissances en administration, efficacité énergétique, infrastructures et mécanique du bâtiment
- Connaissance des enjeux, priorités, perspectives et aspirations des Premières Nations
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer en français et en anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Expérience de travail auprès d’une organisation autochtone ou des Premières Nations (atout majeur)
