Katy Advanced OB-GYN , a premier all-female physician group, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BC/BE OB/GYN to join our established and respected practice in Katy, TX .

Position Details

  • Setting: Well-established, single-office private practice with an adjacent, on-site surgery center.

  • Start Date: ASAP (Replacement position).

  • Patient Mix: Desirable population, ranging from adolescent to geriatric. Focus on routine OB, well-woman care, and comprehensive GYN.

  • Procedures: Full scope, including Robotics, Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, Hysteroscopy, and office-based procedures.

  • Schedule: Sustainable model: three half-days and two full days per week, with a dedicated post-call day.

  • Support: Excellent support staff, including MAs, a Scribe, and an Office Manager, to maximize your clinical time.

Compensation and Benefits Package

  • Compensation: Highly competitive starting compensation with substantial productivity bonus and earning potential.

  • Hospital Support: Financial support package available.

  • 401(k): Yes, with 4% match.

  • Insurance: Full comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) through Privia.

  • CME & Fees: Generous allowance for CME and reimbursement for License/DEA fees.

  • Time Off: Competitive PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

  • Credential: MD or DO.

  • Certification: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

  • Experience: New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome.

  • Note: We are unable to offer Visa sponsorship at this time.
