Bei Dufry (Avolta) bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Duty Free Walkthrough Store am Flughafen Zürich zu übernehmen – einem der wichtigsten und meistfrequentierten Retail-Standorte im Flughafen.
Als Teamleader / Shift Supervisor bist du mitten im internationalen Geschehen und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für ein erstklassiges Einkaufserlebnis und World Class Service. In dieser Rolle bist du Teil eines kollegialen und erfahrenen Führungsteams von insgesamt sechs Shift Supervisors.
Was dich erwartet
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Teams mit rund 15 Mitarbeitenden
Erste Ansprechperson für alle Mitarbeitenden während der zugeteilten Schicht
Anleitung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Arbeitsabläufe
Sicherstellung eines herausragenden Kundenservices in einem stark frequentierten Umfeld sowie Ansprechperson bei Kundenanliegen und Beschwerden
Verantwortung für das einwandfreie Erscheinungsbild des Stores sowie die Einhaltung von Marken-, Visual-Merchandising- und Konzeptvorgaben
Organisation und optimale Einsatzplanung des Personals während der Schicht
Mitwirkung bei Shop-Aktivitäten und Promotionen
Unterstützung des Managements bei operativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
Support und Troubleshooting von Kassen und Cash Machine
Was du mitbringst:
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Filialleiter oder Schichtleiter im Einzelhandel oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion,
Erfahrung aus Gastronomie oder anderen dienstleistungsnahen Branchen ist ebenfalls willkommen
Selbstbewusste, empathische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein sicherer Umgang mit administrativen Aufgaben
Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln mit Fokus auf eine konsistente und einheitliche Customer Experience, Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs von Vorteil
Flexibilität und Freude an einem dynamischen und abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsumfeld
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (inkl. Wochenenden und Feiertagen; Betriebszeiten zwischen 05:00 und 23:00 Uhr)
Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
