Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Experience:

• 6 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Continental Division.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: - PICU experience preferred. - NICU experience preferred.

Required Credentials: - CRT or NBRC.

Unit Details: - Average workload of 30-40 points per shift. - Uses PB 840 ventilators in ICU. - Duties include administering treatments, ventilator setup, assisting with intubation, ABGs, patient/staff education, and all RT therapies. - Provides care across ED, pediatrics, ICU, NICU, and med-surg. - RT plays a key role in NICU and ICU in therapy and ventilator liberation; autonomy is expected.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible scheduling.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital RRT experience.

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification RRT (National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC))
